'Elusive Spirit' is a graphite pencil drawing on paper. A detailed portrait of a tiger, set before a backdrop of thick, misty woodland. The silvery tones are similar to those captured in the kind of photograph taken by an infra-red camera trap. The composition accentuates the camouflage properties of the big cat's markings while still maintaining a dramatic impact as an art work.
