Artist's Description
A close up pencil portrait of an adolescent cheetah cub which is based on a photograph taken by Rick Brind (with his kind permission) gazing off into the distance. It was the eyes which attracted me to this image and I've done my best to recreate the heightened alert look which gives this portrait it's centre of interest.
